1 Year No Quibble Warranty

All Gearmate products have a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the main body against structural failures during its intended use, provided it is not overloaded. It also covers the locks, handles, bearings and rails.

What Does the Warranty Exclude?

The warranty excludes failure due to accident or impact damage, chips to the powder-coat finish, and damage to the rubber surface.

Repairs and Replacements

Defective products reported to us within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Gearmate's discretion. The cost of returning an item for warranty work will be at the consumer's personal expense.
